Ek Kalpana..

Kya Ho Tum, Koi Haqeeqat Ya Khwab
Mere is Sawal Ka Do Mujhe Jawab ?

Khushi banke Kabhi, Hothon pe chha jate ho
Kabhi banke Aks, or Ankon se beh jate ho..!!

Maine Ab Tak Tumko Sirf, Parchhai me Dekha hai
Mujhko Tumse Jo Milwa De, kahan Wo Kaisi Rekha Hai ?

Agar haqeeqat Nahi to Mere Sapno Me Hi aa jao
Kisi tarah tum mujhe apni ek jhalak Dikhla Jao !!

Meri Safalta Har Khushi me, Tera saya sath chalta hai
Jane Kyu meri Kaamyabi dekh sara zamana jalta hai !!

Mandir me jab hath jod main apna sheesh jhukata hoon
ek ajeeb ehsaas tumhara sath hamesha pata hoon !!

Tum Mujhko mil Jao Hamesha Yahi Prarthna Karta hoon
har din Har Pal Har lamha Tumko Khone Se Darta Hoon !!

Us Din Khushiyon ki had Paar Hogi,Jis Din Tumse Mulakat Hogi
Jane Kaise Hamara Parichay Hoga Us din Din Hoga ya Raat hogi !!

Khair Jaise Bhi Ho jab bhi ho , kismat ko hame milana hai
aaj nhi to kal hame, aamne-saamne To aana hai !!

Jaise bhi Ho Jaha Bhi ho dil ke saaf rehna
Meri tarah tum bhi wafa se wafadaar rehna !!

Or kuchh nahi bas ek wada chahta hoon
zindagi ke har safar me banke mera sachha yaar rehna !!

Aapka,
Anand ..

Intezaar....

Do din ke mulaqato main
Kya rang bikher gaye
Hum aap se mile, milkar bhi
Aap se bichar gaye

Kya kahoo kaise bitayi hai hamne
Tanhayiwon ke din
Hoto ki har sangeet byarth hai
Mere aap hi ke bin

Pal pal hamein aapki
Yaad aati hai
Ped ki panchi
Aapki hi geet sunati hai

Door kahi se ek aahat aati hai
Chupke se kaano main
Koi kuch kehke chali jaati hai

Viyog ki yeh vedna
Hum kaise sahenge
Kya mere zindegi main
Kabhi lautke aayenge

Aap aaye yah naa aaye
Hum aapke naam se jiyenge
Door hi se hum aapse
yu pyar karenge

Suraj ki aakhri kiran mein
Didar karenge
Aur umar bhar yu aapka
Hum intezar karenge...

Aapka,
Anand

“Keep It going ,…….”

Pretty much all of us in our lives one day or the other face a situation where we want to do something, which we really want to do and we know it will make a big difference to our lives, but we are strangled into the unforeseen circumstances that stops us from doing it. This is the time where you ask the question- Why me? As a human being we are only aware of what happen to us, we hardly actually know what others are going through, we only see the golden picture around us and we continuously keep on cursing ourselves- Why I don't have that thing in my life? It's a difficult question to answer why others are living a better life and I m sure you cannot be in a position always to understand everything about the others. Also, its almost impossible to answer- Why you? But what is easier to answer is- how you can transform to what you really want to do despite the hurdles and the unfavorable circumstances. At first, the only thought you will have in your mind will be- the escape. Yes, you will feel that you want to escape from the unforeseen circumstances, if you are able to do so then probably thats a good thing to get back to what you want to do, but if you are not then you have to go through it unwillingly. Doing something unwillingly hardly helps, but of course if you are doing it then certainly there is a strong reason behind it for e.g. it could be your job, after all your job is your bread and butter, and you cannot just call it quits and start doing other things. These are the real testing times when you are doing something unwillingly again and again, and every time there will be this question popping out in your mind- When will it get over? You cannot be certain of when it will get over, life is not simple et all but what you can be certain of is how along with this unforeseen circumstances you can make a way for what you really want to do. "Yes, tough, isn't it? But not impossible", this is what you have to say to yourself. Just try to visualize or get in connection to something that makes you realize the importance of that thing again. At that very moment, your heart should feel the importance of what you want, its the perfect catalyst to bring you back to what you probably would have been doing if there wasn't any unforeseen situation. You won't even start doing that thing the very next day initially despite the motivational volcano of thoughts but don't just let it go, stay there, stay connected to what you want and I m sure, you will do it. I must say that the situation might not even permit you to still do it, but do not just stop it and throw it away, instead keep pushing it, keep trying, may be in bits and pieces. This process never puts you out of that most important thing, but you will be there always trying to do it again and again, and finally you will notice that you have overcome the tornado and doing exactly what you want. I would want to say just one simple thing in the end that- "Do Not Fear Going Forward Slowly; Fear Only To Stand Still".....

"All About Software Engineer"

Dear Readers, I am Going to Write Something about software Engineer's Main Function These Functions Almost We<Software professional> are Using  Daily In Our Work-place.....

There are two primary functions of a software engineer: development and maintenance. Development is the fun part, the part where you get to create new things or augment existing things with new functionality. Development is the breath of a software engineer – it’s what we live for. There’s nothing more exciting than creating something new. And every software engineer wants to be doing this as much as possible. Unfortunately, that only lasts for so long.
The second function, maintenance, is what many software engineers dread. This is otherwise known as fixing bugs. When it follows development pretty closely, people generally don’t mind. But when you’re maintaining code somebody else wrote, especially if it was written a long time ago, this quickly turns into the part that many engineers hate. Everyone is always looking for a way to get back into development, even though maintenance is a nice mental break from the hurried development cycle.
Almost all software engineers begin their careers doing maintenance. It’s very common for interns or other junior engineers to simply start by fixing bugs. In fact, some companies do that with more experienced engineers, too. The reason behind this is because figuring out what’s wrong helps you to learn about the software as a whole. Debugging is an excellent way to get acclimated to a new code base. There is nothing as revealing as stepping through code that you’ve never seen before to figure out why something is happening.
Engineers move on to real development, creating something from scratch, when they’re good enough at the maintenance tasks that they know their way around the software.

"The Job Seeker: One Shot In My Point of View"

The Graduate Job Market has Changed Significantly over the Past year. here are Seven New realities that every graduate must face-- and How to adapt . The average graduate spends six months on the job market before landing a full-time job. If You Find Yourself in this situation here's how to make the most of it.
Over the past year we've seen increasingly alarming headlines about the number of young people unemployed. More Shocking is the Number of Graduate who have studied hard at university, only to come  out on the other side to no jobs and a bleak working future.

You may be the Job Market for Longer Than You Think.

You must be careful about these four thing:--

1- Learn Something New. You can teach yourself anything you want these days online and for free log on and pick up a new skill while you wait for a job, the more skills you have the more value you add to an employer and the more employable you become.

2.Volunteer. Voluntary work is a great way to build your skills and boost your CV. it gives you a reason to get out of the house and can help avoid the depression and sense of worthlessness that can come with long-term unemployment.

3. Travel. If you can afford to travel and explore new destinations. do so. Travelling makes you more interesting as a candidate and employers are generally impressed by candidates who have the get-up and go to adapt to cultural environments outside their comfort zone.

4. Freelance. If you have any secondary skills such as web design, Typing, part-time tuition, or any other extra curricular activities than you can exchange these for cash on freelance site like People Per Hour.It may not Turn you into the next "Richard Branson", But it can put some extra change in your pocket while you wait for that Job.

You may need to lower your salary expectations.

Remember, a low starting salary is better than no salary at all so initially it may be a good idea to take any job within your field, just to get your foot on the career ladder..

You can't follow the crowd and win.

The job market exists on two levels – visible and hidden. The visible market refers to jobs that are publicly advertised and due to the nature of their visibility, attract a lot of competition.

Ignore social media at your peril.

Recruiters are now putting more emphasis on social media to attract quality candidates so if you don't have a social media presence you could be short-changing your job search.
There are many social networking sites and while you can't be everywhere, it's good to at least have a presence on LinkedIn and Twitter. And while you're at it, search on your name to see what comes up online and remove any pictures or information that doesn't portray you in a professional manner.

Your USP matters – find it and flaunt it.

t is no longer enough to wave the 'I went to university' flag to guarantee employment – you need a unique selling point that makes you stand out from your competitors.

You may need to work for free.

'm not advocating exploitation under illegal internships but short-term work experience can be extremely beneficial, particularly if it's in the field you wish to build a career in.
Of course not everyone can afford to work for free, but if you're able to, here are five reasons why you should:
• It allows you to experiment and find out what you like and don't like for your future career
• It helps you to build vital skill and experience that can help with employment
• It can provide access to the right people in your industry
• It can directly open doors to paid employment
• It allows you to build your CV

If all else fails, hire yourself.

More and more graduates are choosing to work for themselves either as a short-term solution to unemployment, or a longer-term alternative to being an employee.
Even if you venture in this direction and decide to go back to work at a later date, the skills and experience you would have accumulated in the process – not to mention the character traits – are likely to boost that all-important USP rating and make you a much more desirable candidate to forward-thinking employers...

Hope This Content is helpful For all The Job seekers.

Rishtey Dilon Ke...

Hi Friends this is My First Blog Dedicate to Some-One Special..I hope You all Like This Poem .

Kya do dilon ke rishtey
Kamjor hote hain itne
Ki bikhar kar toot jaayein
Majboot ho chahe kitne
Saalon ki baandhi ye dor
Jispe kehte hai hum humein naaz hai
Kya aaj bhi hai resham ki buni
Kya aaj bhi shabdon ki mohtaaj hai
Har pal tujhe chaha, har pal tujhe samjha
Sabkuch kiya tera, jo bhi kuch khaas tha
Sehem jo gayi tu, kabhi duniya ke darr se
Roya tere sang, mera saaya tere paas tha.
Lafzon me jo tu bayaan na karti
Nigahon se padh li teri har ek woh baat
Dil jo dhadka tera, jaane se mere
Thama hai mene har pal tera hath
Phir aaj kya hui, khata aisi humse
Jo baithi ho yun, gumsum murjhayi si
Andekha jo kar gaya, ek pal ko tujhko
Tune to kar li, humse ruswayi si

Duniya ki sari, nafrat seh lenge
Gar tu humse naraj nahi
Dilon ke jo rishtey hote hain
Woh shabdon ke mohtaaj nahi.........

Thanks,
Anand Mishra
